With Covid impacting our lives, returns are only allowed for products that have not been open within 14 Days of delivery.

RequestWe require a note with your order number and refund request. Please use the contact form located here and request a return. We'll respond as fast as we can!* -
ProcessPlace all items in the box. Once we receive it at our warehouse, the package will be inspected by our specialists. Please allow us 5 to 10 business days to process your refund. -
RefundReturns are only refunded to the original form of payment. If you received a discount at the time of purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the credit.
*Any opened items will be sent to donations.
Any additional shipping fees paid for faster delivery are
non-refundable. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders. This fee is not to exceed $19.95
and is determined based on how many items were returned. This fee is used to cover a small portion of the loss
we incur for the original shipping and handling, time spent gathering the order, time spent inspecting the
return, and restocking it in the warehouse.
